A £200 non refundable deposit is required upon booking
Filming cut off time is 9.00pm unless otherwise arranged
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding date.
Liability
In the extremely unlikely event of complete equipment failure or other circumstances outside our control which means we are unable to film your wedding you will receive a full refund.
Yourweddingmemories retain copyright of all material recorded by them.
We reserve the right to display parts of your video on our website and other media formats.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be in writing (email or letter).
Should, for whatever reason, you have to cancel the booking the following charges will be applicable:
- more than 30 days before the wedding date the balance will not be chargeable and the non-refundable deposit retained.
- less than 30 days before the wedding date the full balance is chargeable and the non-refundable deposit retained.

Inc packages 2 & 3 plus;
Filming of Morning Preparations*, will be an elegant portrayal of both the bride and groom preparing themselves for the all important 'I Do's'.
Extended Filming* of Evening Celebrations, we will stay later into the evening to capture the fun and festivities of your party, as you and your guests unwind.
*Filming of Preparations will start 3 hours before ceremony
**Extended filming is until 9.00pm unless otherwise arranged.
Includes all aspects of the video packages plus photography
This is our most premium and inclusive package, it also includes a photographer alongside the video team for the full day to capture all of those special moments from your big day.

Package 2
Price £1645
Inc package 3 plus;
Filming of the Speeches: You will be able to relive those all important speeches made on the day, from those who know you the best.
Filming of the Evening celebrations and Events, We will stay with you as you and your guests let your hair down and enjoy the evening celebrations. We will capture key events such as the first dance, cutting of the cake and throwing of the bouquet. (Filming finishes at the conclusion of the first dance)

Package 3
2 professional camera man, provides you with a variety of different shots to make sure nothing is missed on your special day.
Filming on location at least one hour before the service, guarantees great scenic shots of your chosen venue to further compliment the final piece
Use of Drone filming (Subject to weather and permission)
Filming of arrivals, we will be on hand to capture not only the arrival of the wedding guests but to ensure we are there for your big entrance.
Filming of ceremony & signing of the register (subject to permission).
Filming of photographs, will ensure your best moments are caught on film.
*All final films and a selection of photographs will be delivered on USB
*All photographs will be available to download from your own personal gallery
*Prints and albums are available upon request at additional cost
* First 30 miles of travel are included within the price of the package. A cost of £0.50 per mile will be added thereafter.
